Instead, drop Mr. O'Reilly, Fr Brian and Sister Mary Clarissa instead.

You might also have someone play two characters - they could play Sister Mary Clarissa and Sister Mary Beatrice at the same time without too much conflict. I might also consider the same player playing Fr Seamus and Fr Brian. (Although nothing beats having a full cast.)
